Facilities and capacity
You'll be free to create a completely individual day. Your bespoke wedding package includes exclusive use of the grounds for 1 - 3 days. There are a number of ceremony spots.
Choose from a marquee wedding, tipis, outdoor space with tables in the natural green environment, woodland area or stunning fishing lake.
You might even choose our indoor functioin room for for upto 70 sit down guests, both areas providing a staffed bar.
At Moorhead you can be as creative as you want to be, ready for the "I do" You can take a walk around the woodland path or our beautiful lake before returning to your celebrations.

What is great about Moorhead is you are in control of what you spend, there are no hidden costs from us!
You hire the venue, your guest pay to stay, and purchace drinks through our bar or even our restaurant the night before. We only charge extra if you do not want the hastle of hiring items in!
You and your guests can be accommodated together, as our complex comprises of 15 self catering properties sleeping up to 52 guests. In the grounds we have 9 apartments for families, accommodating between 3 and 6 people. In the attached barn complex we offer 6 apartments for couples. There is ample parking for guests.
The complex has fantastic on-site facilities including a fully licensed bar, heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub area, a gym, full size snooker table and a games room with pool table, table football and darts. There is plenty to keep you entertained at Moorhead for those times around the wedding. We have a well-stocked coarse fishing lake, there is also a "Just for Fun" 9-hole pitch and putt, and full size Boulee court.
