Moorhead Country Weddings has its very own horse box bar included at our venue for your function.

Owners of Moorhead Country Holidays North Devon, Married couple Mandy and Tom, have been pulicans for the last 15 years.

We have run our Mobile horse box bar at our own venue, and we are now taking our bar on the road for exclusive hire, for weddings, festivals, parties and events serving the South West, so you can be ensured of a professional and friendly service.

Our horse box looks great along side all styles of weddings, and we dress the horse box to subtly suit your theme.

If you would like a quirky traditional pub we are for you, We're a pub on wheels! and we can ensure a professional service.

The Package

Our horse box bar, 2 bar tenders (us!) fully stocked bar and event drink wear, ice and garnish. And no minimum spend!

On our 4 draught taps we have ice cold Hawkstone larger or session, Hawkstone Cider (we like to back British farming), Poretti and Camdon Stout. Or we can provide draught of your choice subject to availability. We also offer a good selection of wines, fizz and spirits, soft drinks and 00 with ice and garnish.

Welcome, toasting and wine packages available.

We have a large selection of wines and fizz from different regions from our trusted supplier.

If you require a TEN. We are able to apply for you if you wish and costs £35.

We have all licences and insurance.

All drink is served in events drinkware.

Glass wear packages are available at extra cost, and subject to your venues policies.

Payment options

Our booking/hire fee is a total of £250 up to 25 miles , we ask for an upfront deposit of £125 to secure the booking and the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to the event. With no minimum spend!

On the day we work as a cash bar so your guests can pay for their own drinks. (we take cash and card).

We also offer the option of pre paid tokens, so you can offer complimentary drinks to your guests.

Or a pre paid bar up to an amount of your choice.

Event duration starts at 5 hours minimum, with no finish time.

All our drinks are competitive to the South West pub prices, we don’t hike them up for weddings!

All we ask for is electricity and access to water, however can get in a generator at extra cost.
